Replacement fittings
On all our repairs we use non-maintenance fittings – gone are the days of painting or replacing mortar on a regular basis.
All fascias, soffits, bargeboards and gutters are UPVC, they require no maintenance and are available in a range of colours and profiles (round or square).
Dry ridges that fit on the apex of the roof and along the roof edges are now toughed plastic and are screwed rather than mortared giving a much improved look.
